Gus is just over a year old and currently in foster in Kent — and by all accounts, he is thriving. His fosterer Linda Jones says it best: "He is such a joy. Loves the car, playing with Niamh, tail wagging, eating well. He just has such a wonderful character. Also loves his walks. A completely different boy to when he arrived!"

Gus does still find meeting new people a little daunting at first, but with patience and a gentle approach he comes around beautifully. He currently shares his foster home with three cats — he likes to chase them playfully during the day, never with any aggression, and at night they all curl up and sleep together indoors. A very promising sign!
