Meet Sofia!
Sofia has spent the first 4 years of her life with her hunter who - compared to many others - treated her well. The hunter contacted us asking if we could help them rehome Sofia and she indeed looked happy and healthy but appearances can be deceiving. When we tested her for all Mediterranean diseases as we do with all our dogs, Sofia came back positive to leishmaniasis. We have now completed her treatment, and she is ready to start a new life in a loving home.
